Processing

Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery

Once dispatched, delivery takes 7 to 12 business days. That window is an estimate, not a guarantee, and it can stretch during peak periods or when a parcel is held in customs.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched. Tracking usually goes live within 24 to 48 hours of that email. Instructions are on the order tracking page.

Duties and import taxes

Depending on where you are, your parcel may attract import duty or tax on arrival. These are set by your own country and are your responsibility, not ours. We cannot predict the amount or mark parcels as gifts.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Check your address at checkout. If an order has not yet been dispatched we can usually correct it, so write to us quickly. Once a parcel has shipped to an address you supplied, a redelivery is at your cost.

Lost parcels

If tracking has not updated for 5 business days, or the carrier has marked a parcel delivered and you do not have it, email znsolucoesdigitaisltda@gmail.com with your order number. We chase the carrier ourselves.
