Every belt ships in one length and is trimmed to you at home. You are not choosing a size, you are choosing where to cut.
Measure first
Take a belt you already wear and like. Measure from the inside edge of the buckle to the hole you actually use. That number is your fit, in inches.
No belt to hand? Measure around your waist, over the trousers you would wear it with, at the height you would wear it. Keep the tape flat, not tight.
What the strap covers
| Waist / fit measurement | Where the strap sits |
|---|---|
| 24" to 28" | Trim required |
| 28" to 34" | Trim required |
| 34" to 40" | Trim required |
| 40" to 44" | Fits with little or no trim |
The strap arrives at its full length so it can be shortened to any of these. It cannot be lengthened, so measure before you cut.
Between two numbers
Leave the extra. The buckle adjusts in quarter-inch steps, so a strap cut slightly long still fits precisely. A strap cut short cannot be undone.
Step by step instructions are on the shortening guide.
