Every order gets a tracking link by email the moment it leaves the warehouse.
Where to find it
Check the inbox you used at checkout for an email titled Your order is on the way. The tracking link sits at the top. If it is not there, check the spam and promotions folders, since shipping notifications are often filed there automatically.
The link works but shows nothing
Tracking usually goes live within 24 to 48 hours of the label being created. Until the first scan, the page will show the label as created and nothing else. That is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.
Still nothing after five days
Write to us with your order number and we will chase the carrier directly. You do not need to do that part yourself.
